Tom Kirkpatrick - OWNER/PRESIDENT
Tom began his working career in the commercial insurance industry at a young age. His 19+ years of extensive education in the commercial insurance industry has been a tremendous asset in assisting his roofing clients with insurance related questions and problems. Tom’s love for construction led him to the roofing industry in 1991, when he opened AAA Roofing Co. Tom is extremely proud of the reputation which AAA Roofing Co. has built over the 30 years it has been in business.
Jeff Kirkpatrick - VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Jeff was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM where he graduated from the University of New Mexico. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, Jeff moved to San Diego, CA where he worked for several years as the Fleet/Lease Manager for ADESA Auctions where he gained a tremendous amount of business, sales, financial, and customer service experience. When Jeff returned to Albuquerque, he brought with him a vast amount of business knowledge that has been used to strengthen the family business here in Albuquerque.
Lauren Kirkpatrick - COMPTROLLER/MARKETING MANAGER
Lauren has been surrounded by the roofing industry since she was child, always going with her dad to job sites and learning the different aspects of roofing. In 2000, Lauren moved to AZ where she attended Arizona State University. She majored in Communication and minored in Business Administration. She returned to Albuquerque in the fall of 2004, when she immediately began working at AAA Roofing Co. Her communication & business knowledge has helped her to manage the internal operations of the business along with providing our clients the highest level of customer service. She takes her high-energy, optimistic attitude into every situation that may arise, and strives to leave every customer with a smile on their face.
Sandro Monge - REPAIR AND SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Sandro has been involved in the roofing industry since he was a child. He has been with AAA Roofing Co. for over 27 years. His extensive knowledge, work ethic, and determination has led Sandro to become a master at every type of roof repair. Sandro prides himself on customer service, honesty, and loyalty. He is a tremendous asset to the AAA Roofing Co. family.
Juan Mier - FIELD SUPERVISOR
Juan has worked in the roofing industry for over 35 years. Juan has worked for AAA Roofing Co. for 27+ years and is extremely familiar with all facets of the industry. Juan’s expertise and knowledge ensure that every roof we install is done so with the highest degree of quality and perfection.
Kyle Holloway - PROJECT MANAGER: COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND RESIDENTIAL
Dr. Holloway is a lifelong New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque, where he graduated from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in 2010. Over the past 20 years in the pharmacy industry, Kyle has gained an enormous amount of experience in management, business, sales, and customer service, which he now brings to the roofing industry. Kyle joined the AAA Roofing family in 2019 as a project manager, and his work ethic and experience strives to enhance each customer service experience while providing honest unmatched service.
Bill Elliot - IN LOVING MEMORY (1953-2021)
Bill was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. He joined AAA Roofing team in January of 2013 as an outside salesperson. Bill spent 40 years in the collision repair industry and decided it was time for a change. Bill brought with him unmatched customer service skills that he acquired in his previous profession. Bill added a personal touch that has long been missing in today’s world. He dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s when it came to his clients’ needs.
